Policy for Taste of Isla Delivery
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of our delivery policies:
Ordering Hours:
We kindly request that all orders be placed within our operating hours and within the opening hours of the respective restaurants of your choice. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to these time frames.
Orders Outside Opening Hours:
In the event of an order placed outside our opening hours, rest assured it will be delivered promptly as soon as we (and the restaurant) resume operations or during the next available delivery hours. If this is not feasible, you will receive a refund. While we strive to respond to questions and messages outside our opening hours, we cannot guarantee immediate assistance. We will make every effort to address your concerns as soon as possible upon resuming operations.
Minimum Order Requirement:
Please be aware that there is a minimum order requirement of $15 USD per restaurant. You can order from multiple restaurants in one order, as long as the minimum amount per restaurant will be honored. Any drinks, snacks or additional add onns, you can always add to your order. If you only want to order beverages, snacks or add onns, then there is a minimum of $15 USD required.
Unavailable Dish:
Should a restaurant be unable to provide the dish you ordered, you have the option to receive a refund for the corresponding amount or replace it with an alternative. Any difference in cost will be either charged or refunded accordingly.
Restaurants providing:
We receive your order and we put in the order with the restaurant, we pick this up and deliver it to your door.. We do deliver the food items as we receive this from the restaurant. Which doesnt guarantee cutlery nor napkins etc. if not provided by the restaurant.
Error in order:
When your order has a fault, we would like to be informed directly to communicate this error to the restaurant and to find a solution for this right away to either deliver the correct order within a timely matter or to refund for missing items. We can not issue refunds or handle any complaints on another day that your order has been placed/delivered.
Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver your order within one hour. However, circumstances may arise, such as restaurant preparation times, that could extend the delivery time. In such cases, you will be promptly notified if the delivery is expected to take longer than one hour.
Gratuity Appreciated:
Our dedicated drivers work hard to ensure your food arrives promptly and in excellent condition. It would be highly appreciated by leaving a tip for their service. Tips are not included in the prices.
Weather Conditions:
In situations where weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of our drivers and when most restaurants are likely to be closed, we prioritize driver security. During such circumstances, we may suspend operations to ensure the well-being of our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such instances. If you did place an order you will receive a full refund.
